We facilitate a mixed age classroom because data shows it promotes better learning and development. Older children can happily show and guide younger ones through steps and phases as they progress.
Naps
Dedicated nap and rest time from 1-3pm. Nap rooms are also provided for children who need rest outside of this window. Cribs and cots with bedding are provided based on age, with cribs for children under 1 year old.
Exposure to Outdoors
We provide a safe, fenced area with shade. Children are taken out for walks and field trips to parks during the day.
Parental Responsibilities
Parents are responsible for labeling and providing:
Breast milk or formula—4 bottles per day
Diapers
Wipes—2 packs per month
Clothes—3 clean sets & hat
Rain Gear
Sunscreen
Bug Spray
Staff
2 full time teachers, 1 or 2 part time teachers, and 1 chef
Curriculum
Our curriculum begins with treating each other with love and kindness. We follow a child led play-based learning structure. Teachers will observe student interest and use relevant activities to fuel the child’s natural abilities to promote progression. Our areas of focus are practical life skills, social, and emotional development.

A flexible schedule is equally important to daily routine. The below ideal schedule will vary based on age with daily changes and updates for each child’s needs. Diapers, bottles, naps, and potty practice all occur throughout the day in addition to routine encouragement.
